My daughter was supposed to have Tracey but she was not available, my daughter had Zena instead who was very friendly and cut and blow-dried my daughter's very long, thick hair beautifully. She was very pleased with the results!

I asked for long layers underneath. I got my hair blow-dried but the next day when I straightened it noticed the layers were too short. My left side of my haircut was also a little wonky.
I was 9 minutes early and was told 2-3 times I was really early.
Whilst doing my hair she kept leaving to answer the phone. Once a customer came in and she literally had my hair in a brush talking to the customer. Left maybe 4-5 times by then my hair at the front had air dried. No heat protectant used.
