There was hair from a previous customer all over the floor, there was still hair in my underarms, there were patches of wax all over my legs and Naila couldn’t seem to get it off. This was supposed to be a nice pamper session for my birthday events and I’m so sad and I’m feeling insecure about the finish of the wax so I’m going to have to pay more money to get waxed somewhere else. Naila seems like a nice person but she’s not very good at waxing so I wouldn’t recommend her service.
