The stylist couldn't make it but I was only informed they were running late and another stylist began my highlights. They didn't ask me what I wanted and just began putting bleach on my hair. I've had highlights before so this didnt feel right - I was fobbed off when I raised it
They did not rinse the toner from my hair! They cut my hair badly and I now need a re-cut to even it up.
I was very upset. I called and spoke to the manager the next working day. My complaint was handled respectfully.

I had discussed doing a drastic haircut last time I was in and because of what a lovely experience I had, I decided to come straight back and get my hair cut to a bob!! Very exciting experience, the hairdresser was cautious but in the end I got the perfect cut and style exactly like the photos. Absolutely beaming!:)

Such a lovely experience from the moment you walk in. It was my first haircut in 3 years but everything was perfect. The wash was a lovely head massage, the cut was clean and the styling was exactly right!
