I normally don’t leave reviews, but I felt I had to this time. I’ve never left a hair salon feeling so disappointed. It was clear that the stylist lacked experience — it took her nearly 1 hour and 45 minutes just to blow-dry my hair.I asked for curls, but left with frizzy, unfinished hair. I had to point out several times that my hair was still wet, and it was clear she was struggling. I don’t blame her personally. I felt uncomfortable and embarrassed throughout the appointment.
