The hair colour ended up fine although I think she could have done a couple more highlights. The haircut I got was not quite what I asked for. It looks a bit weird at the back.
The salon was very cold and I wasn't even offered a cup of tea to warm up.
Nice lady but could have done better.

I have quite fine hair but it’s always handled very gently, which is very different from some other salons I’ve been to.

Really great experience. I'm in a sling at the moment and can't sort my eyebrows out upper lip. zaby was great and really relaxing. She even tweezed the eyebrow hairs that were too short to wax
