I asked for a Brazilian+one extra service as I wanted some hair left on, and she insisted it was a Hollywood. I tried to ensure she was leaving some hair, and she said it was too late as she'd already put wax down, but when I looked after there was still hair left, which she removed anyway. A customer came in and she opened the private door, revealing my naked lower body exposed to the outside. I closed my legs to stop this and she blamed me for the wax sticking together. She was cold and rude.

Really happy with how my eyebrows came out, they looked so good and it was super quick! What would be nice is if there was the option to put a hot flannel over the brows before she started, to open up the pores and make it less painful… but I haven’t see any other salon do that either so I know it’s not standard.. other than that, great result!
