When I arrived to the salon, the lady told me that she already took a walk-in within that time so she can’t see me. I asked her to cancel and have it refunded, she said okay, made me wait 5-7 then had to ask again for it to be cancelled then she just “sit here” in not the most friendliest manner and did my eyebrows. Not the visit I expected I must say.

Unimpressed with timekeeping and the beautician wasn't paticularly nice, but the job was reasonably well done, even if I missed a little bit of care (didn't ask if the wax temperature was fine for me - which it wasn't and almost burned me; didn't take the time to let me look in the mirror and ask for any more hair to be removed). Not my best salon experience by a long shot, but the prices are very competitive.
