The stylist couldn't make it but I was only informed they were running late and another stylist began my highlights. They didn't ask me what I wanted and just began putting bleach on my hair. I've had highlights before so this didnt feel right - I was fobbed off when I raised it They did not rinse the toner from my hair! They cut my hair badly and I now need a re-cut to even it up. I was very upset. I called and spoke to the manager the next working day. My complaint was handled respectfully.

Relaxing facial at a very reasonable price. Beautician could have been a bit more friendly.
