Took her ages to find all of the equipment, says she’s been doing nails for 19 years but couldn’t do an ombré, only had about 20 colours to chose from that were gross, set the acrylic over my cuticles which is killing me, didn’t paint them well so I have gaps all around the edges. Let acrylic and paint layers air dry and to top it off, I had to apply my own top coat at home and my nails were all bumpy and smudged by the time I got home. Absolute waste of time and money. What a joke. Furious.

Happy with Hair cut but won’t be revisiting. Nails are not their specialism and would not recommend. I received 4 cuts that were blamed on a new file. The length and shape differed massively, at no point did the technician check that she was even length between the two hands. Messy acrylic left under the nail. Even her colleague commented on how rushed the appointment was. Just wanted to leave and get them sorted elsewhere. If I hadn’t have already paid I would have disputed the cost.
