couldn't do the treatment I had booked as I had too much hair, offered me a different treatment which was £13 more which I declined. staff weren't friendly & was quite an uncomfortable experience. won't be returning.

Greeted with friendly staff, I arrived early and they were happy to move my appointment forward.
My haircut was exactly how I wanted it and I've had lots of compliments.
The salon could've been cleaner in my opinion.

Don’t go for eyelash extensions please. The lash technician left in the middle of my appointment to go deal with another client - not entirely her fault as she was the only person left in the salon and the client showed up unannounced - but it was still very unprofessional. The lash technician didn’t really ask how I wanted my eyelashes to look too. I did tell her that my natural lashes are normally very droopy and not very curly and I wanted a more subtle look but still noticeable. I came out of the appointment very disappointed. My eyelash extensions were quite flat and she completely missed to outer corner of my eyes. Complete waste of money
