We arrived and she wasn't there. I had to call the number on the door to remind her. She came in 10 minutes later, and proceeded to give my 18 month old toddler a massive wash and blow dry with synthetic shampoo, despite me having booked a cut. By this point my wee girl was screaming with terror, and threw up on me, so I left. I wish I'd had the wherewithal to just abort mission the moment it started going awry, but I'd paid in advance, and assumed she knew what she was doing.

Love my hair. Been a few years since i was able to wear my hair down without it annoying me. Mary did a fab job with my hair and it now looks great loose instead of tied up in a ponytail.

They did not show up. I messaged, got a call 10 minutes later saying 5 minutes. A further 20 minutes and still no-one had arrived. Went to unit 31, have been there many times with no issues, they may be slightly more but they are open!

Booked on Wed for an appointment on Sat, Mary hadn't checked her emails so double booked. Instead of explaining & offering to cancel or reschedule, she tried to do both at once. Awkward experience, high anxiety, hair too short, pretty gutted tbh.
