I went for my first perm to this salon. Won't recommend for perms. Pros- Mary was friendly. Cons- 1) Miscommunication - I showed Mary reference photos on Pinterest about how I wanted my hair to look, she ended up creating very tight curls with the perm, blow-drying it too much and thus I ended up with a fizzy tight curled mess. 2) my appointment was for 2pm, she made me wait for 30mins. Made another lady who's appointment was at 2:45pm wait for an hour only to reschedule. 3) unprofessional -
