Can't see how this place gets such good reviews. Not happy with the result and wpuld not recommw d. Apparently I booked the wrong appointment for what I wanted to achieve but was told they can do it anyway. A good hair professional would categorically say that the selected method cannot be used. Apart from this the hairdresser was not very gentle, kept pulling on my hair, seemed annoyed and closer to the end of my visit I felt like they wanted me gone (tbf I wanted to gone too).

Tarek was amazing, he was very accommodating to what I wanted for my hair and was very professional and even spent extra time making sure it was perfect!
