Appointment wasn’t on time. Renan, I found was quite hard to understand but he gave his opinions which was nice. Although when actually dying my hair, he was SO rough and tugged my hair so hard that I was straining tears! He said he had to do it hard but didn’t really apologise for it.
The cut was fine although he forgot I had a side fringe. Had to tell him and he started to cut a full fringe! I quickly moved my hair and explained.
All in all, not the greatest experience - won’t go again..

I was left very disappointed with the quality and time given to the haircut I received. It felt like a rushed job which even required a couple of fix ups when I got home. On top of this the length was cut at least two inches shorter than I requested, not allowing for the curl when it drys.
