I went in to get all my extensions taken urgent out as they were sore, fitted from another stylist. Marinella was kind and took the time to explain what was wrong (it has been put over my psoriasis and had made me bleed and get infected). She treated me gently, and resolved the issue by only taking out a few and maintaining the rest of them and thank goodness my head is healing and my hair looks great again! Her blow dry was really good too!
