Good haircut but i won’t come back.
Poor service and communication.
I was on my way when they called me to say my hairdresser is running late.
Not a fuss so far. Things can happen.
But then I found out from conversations this is not true…my hairdresser offered another client extra time for additional treatment which took longer . They weren’t really apologetic for lateness acting as nothing happened. More over I had to stand the weird vibe of all staff wanting to close and go home.

All my life I was having highlights done but this time I chose to do the balayage and I don’t regret. My hair look amazing. Shiny and natural sun kissed looking hair. Best hairdressers in Archway for sure 👌👌👌
