Amina is particularly talented at listening to the customer and using her extensive knowledge and experience.
While I was there, for example, she was diligently testing a potential dye for another customer and was able to conclude what was and was not possible. Clearly invaluable to keeping a client informed and managing expectations.
And overall, it was an unhurried and tranquil experience - sure it could have been quicker, but only if I wanted that.
