First and foremost, B is now in a lovely new bright clean and airy venue on Shacklewell Lane. As one of those “really nervous the first time with a new hairdresser” (with reason!) types, the fact I went back a second time is testament to being in good hands. B is a skilled hairdresser who really does listen to her clients needs but intuitively understands how she can interpret it further. I’d been bored w/my hair for several years before seeing B in Feb: she handled my nervousness and my request for something drastically different like a fringe, with great professionalism. I left with a great, easy to manage but on trend look that grew out really well. This second time round was great: she asked some questions about the cut and just got it! I felt so relaxed and left very happy once again. Thanks!
