Highlights were excellent, very subtle and what I asked for but took a long time. I asked for a very technical cut which she found to be a challenge. Thankfully she had the common sense to ask advice from more experienced hairdresser and the end result was absolutely perfect - so accurate not a hair out of place! Would recommend Chico and will visit again.
