It's a convient location if you're in Hampstead. Very friendly people.
Was a bit disappointed that my hairdresser didn't train in Japan, which I guess I assumed that they would be as it is a Japanese hair salon.
I love Japanese hair salons because of the mini massages you get whilst having your hair washed and at the end, which didn't happen here. They would also have extensive training. The price is a bit steep even with the discount.
