Great experience just be patient (bring a book, there's wifi in the salon) as it is a very long process and Chico will work on other customers in between when the solution is on your hair. She's very thorough noting for my fine textured 3b/c curly hair that I needed more solution and for it to be on longer. Do note when booking that she can only determine the final price after seeing your hair but the increase was maybe only 10-15 pounds still very affordable compared to other salons. When you arrive (she works from a Toni and Guy salon) be sure to text her as for some reason the person at the greeting area didn't let her know I arrived. Again, still highly recommend.
