best chemical straightening i've had and it didn't damage my hair at all

Disappointed for Chico’s services. After I read all her good reviews. Unfortunately, She doesn’t manage the time well. She was so panicked when my treatment has overrun and she couldn’t concentrate to finish my treatment well. She was just rushing to finish it and she was so nervous about letting her next customer wait. But doesn’t make it right that she was just rushing to finish my treatment, I feel like she should respect every customer. Finish what you started. (Without panicking) Luckily the boss from Tony and guy helped her out, his technique is good and professional. Also he is calm and very friendly. Otherwise I will give 1 star only if I am being honest.

The Yuko treatment took forever due to the nature of my hair, but Chico was very patient and friendly all along. Would definitely recommend her services.
