I have been straightening my hair for over 13 years. This is the first time when my hair got completely damaged. The structure of my hair has changed completely. My hair doesn’t feel of look like hair anymore. The hairdresser wasn’t even apologetic. She hasn’t suggested trying to help. She has never even said sorry.
