Chico was lovely and accommodating, results of the Japanese hair straightening was brilliant, definitely would recommend. It's been 3 days since I've had it done, usually with a normal blow dry or even ghd straightening my hair would frizz by now! But with this treatment my hair has remained straight and silky.
