I went for Japanese straightening with Chico couple weeks ago, she was super patient and professional, she was trying give me as much information as possible about the hair product I was choosing and how it works. Will definitely do there again.
Chico was so friendly and really paid attention to the haircut that I was after. She was very accurate with the haircut and didn't just chop aimlessly like I have experienced in the past with others elsewhere. I felt confident she knew what she was doing and will definitely get Chico to cut my hair again! Also, the mini head massage was lovely!

I was happy to find a Japanese hairdressor nearby, because I thought she would understand Asian hair better. But I'm really disappointed about this booking! Service was so slow. I came to dye my hair and get a hair cut. It took FOUR hours! That's almost twice the time I would normally spend in other salons. She did offer me drinks and she was polite. But a good hairdressor is really what a customer needs! Also, Chico promised to cover grey but once it's done, I could still see some grey hidden and she said that's because it's difficult to cover them! My hair cut was so blunt that I had to ask her to fix it because it looked as if I cut the end myself. She blamed my hair being a bit frizzy hence giving me a blunt cut. £100 for this? Never again! :-(

It was nice to get my hair colour (roots) done and hair cut. I like how she does my bob. Nice head massage after the hair wash. Highly recommmendable!
