I’ve been coming to Deanne for over two years now for my roots and a blow dry every month. She’s brilliant and does a fabulous curly blow dry! Would highly recommend!

When I attended the appointment I asked for copper natural brown colour and on the colour chart I was shown it looked like a dark maroon brown which I said yes too. However I ended up completely clown red and it was so bright. I work in the city and I could not attend my job like this. So I ended up going back and dying it back to black. I am upset as I paid and waited a week longer as they rescheduled me in for the next week. I am pretty upset and wish I could get a refund.

Deanne was very caring and lovely and I enjoyed the hair massage and shampoo and the experience of the cut. However I asked for a trim of my ends and layers
When she finished the cut it was objectively a nice cut however it was so short. She has taken at least 2 inches off and added a crazy amount of layers. Typically I wouldn't mind but it is just so short and I'm getting married in may and she has cut my hair so short I can't have any dtyle i want anymore. This is obviously heart breaking.
