Deanne cut my hair much shorter than requested and insisted that it would look different after the blowdry. It was even worse and she was not apologetic. Moreover, she was happy mentioning she had a late one the night before to the point where her hands were visibly shaking during the service. Do not go if you value your hair and want a hairdresser that takes their job seriously.

I tried to explain many times how my fringe was blocked out when I wanted a smooth transition for curtain bangs. There was no one around to help and the next customer had arrived. I had no choice but to pay and walked out. I had to get an emergency appointment to fix my fringe for the next day to fix.

I came in waiting a bit of an overall trim and a fringe to frame my face. She was very knowledgeable and made sure the cut was exactly what I wanted. Will return again!
