She didn’t introduce herself, say hello or smile in the beginning. Felt awkward. She would stand and stare and expect me to know to go to the basin. By the end of the appointment she was much more friendlier. Hair cut was okay, toner was good.

Unfortunately this was not a great experience. The blow dry was poor and no communication from the stylist. I had to return to ask that a senior member fixed the cut as it was shockingly uneven - to which I had no apology from Deanne. The correction improved the cut but it is still not to a salon standard.
