Not had my hair done for ages was really not sure about getting my hair done by a new hairdresser as got Afro hair and really hard to colour Diane was great done patch and strand test before went and the end product was fabulous she put me at ease and colour came out better than expected think found my new hairdresser

I love my hair 💞 I have a fabulous layered haircut now 😍 I finally found my fave hairdresser in Liverpool.

no note of my booking. i waited half an hour to be taken, with no apologies or acknowledgement of the wait. Staff were wearing masks and visors, but masks weren't worn over the nose, and sometimes where round the chin. the other customers there did not wear masks. I saw at least 3 discarded used disposable masks lying around. I did not see staff use hand sanitiser while i was there. Staff were not friendly. payment required cash.
