Great experience overall, Diane listened to what I wanted and delivered it effortlessly. Can tell she’s got lots of experience dealing with disastrous hair. My hair was shocking going in, now it looks lovely and fresh, I love it, the colour is so rich and nice! And the olaplex has left it feeling like silk! Thanks so much :)

Not had my hair done for ages was really not sure about getting my hair done by a new hairdresser as got Afro hair and really hard to colour Diane was great done patch and strand test before went and the end product was fabulous she put me at ease and colour came out better than expected think found my new hairdresser

I love my hair 💞 I have a fabulous layered haircut now 😍 I finally found my fave hairdresser in Liverpool.

no note of my booking. i waited half an hour to be taken, with no apologies or acknowledgement of the wait. Staff were wearing masks and visors, but masks weren't worn over the nose, and sometimes where round the chin. the other customers there did not wear masks. I saw at least 3 discarded used disposable masks lying around. I did not see staff use hand sanitiser while i was there. Staff were not friendly. payment required cash.
