no note of my booking. i waited half an hour to be taken, with no apologies or acknowledgement of the wait. Staff were wearing masks and visors, but masks weren't worn over the nose, and sometimes where round the chin. the other customers there did not wear masks. I saw at least 3 discarded used disposable masks lying around. I did not see staff use hand sanitiser while i was there. Staff were not friendly. payment required cash.
