Staff was nice bit busy when i arrived, was greeted buy staff and friendly. They lady who did my hair dont think was very experienced, the blow dry I got i did not like another member of staff had to come and fix it. Felt a biy undervalued as a customer on this visit.

I had an appoimoment 1.30 it was 2.30 I was still waiting,this was the second time.
the first time she said she didn't know about my appointment...
