30-45 delay. They were having a busy day & if I had come another day it would have been fine. Appointment felt rushed, from hair washing to the actual perm itself. The lady was nice but pulled on my hair quite a bit and it did hurt sometimes. No heat applied to perm, maybe a different technique? Curls are basically non existent after dry hair even using steps and products they showed me. My hair is really thick so just weighs down curls. They offered to show me technique again if I go to store.
