Was awful, my hair is torn from near the roots, and altogether very dry and brittle. The lady who coloured my hair, used bleach and left it for a very long time to do other customers. When I asked how long it had been, she was very defensive, she claimed she used olaplex but no way she had as she left my hair in terrible condition , said my hair was very dry, but it’s shocking the before and after , how she just did a very cheap bleach job.
