The beautician was friendly and welcoming. The wax and threading one of the most painless I have had. She gave me honest professional advice on my eyebrows and I was pleased with the result.

The place was alright, guy at the reception was rude but the lady doing the threading was lovely. It wasn't perfectly done but was alright.

Not a great experience. Had booked an appointment for a Hollywood and was asked twice loudly what I was there for. Instead of just saying my name and the time of my appointment. That was the first clue that it wasn't going to be that great.
Then they shuffled me up into the room and asked me to get ready. There was no towel to cover myself with, nothing. So I found one on the shelf and lay it on top of me. When the lady came in, she took the towel off, folded it back up and put it on the shelf - so unsanitary.
The wax was very rough. I won't get into more detail. She left wax all over my body. Very sticky. Two hours later I'm sitting at work itchy because of it.
There was no notice when I booked that it was going to be cash only. So I had to leave my belongings, run out and find a cash machine.
Overall, very poor experience. Would not go back or recommend.
These are easy fixes. Tell customers its cash only up front. Provide towels for your waxing clients instead of them laying completely naked on the bed. Be a bit more gentle and have some better bedside manner.
