I booked a Hollywood hot wax but was given a strip wax instead as they had forgotten to switch the hot wax on in preparation. They then proceeded to try and charge me for a hot wax!

Really disappointing. Beautician was late, tried to charge me extra and while sweet did not do a great wax. It was rough and painful, with too hot wax and I would not recommend or come back.
They do not make it clear you cannot pay for card either.

Incredible service, very friendly and make you feel extremely welcome and comfortable. The wax is expertly done and I now continue to go back for this treatment every time.
At first I was abit nervous when I was allocated an older lady to do my hair - I just thought it wouldn't be as good as a trendy young person however, I was wrong. The lady who did my hair was attentive, I was well looked after with offerings of magazines and tea. The only down side is that I had to pay an extra £20 towards my colour / toner on top of what I had already paid through Treatwell, luckily I had just enough cash because they do not accept cards. Overall it was a good experience.

Had a wax last weekend & was delighted with the service. The beautician was brilliant, really attentive & kind & most of all, did a terrific job - quick & as painfree as it can be. Will be coming back again.
