Had booked (and paid for) a treatment before a haircut. Was not greeted by staff, just coldly led to the sink, which led to a mix up, I had just a shampoo until I had to explain awkwardly they had not done the treatment. They did apologise but it could have all been avoided if they had just said hello at the door and asked for my name so they could check their system. The haircut was average nothing special. Can’t imagine I would return. Am sure they have had better days but not that day.
