I had a lunchtime haircut - it was very quick (20 minutes) and I am happy with the result. It is not the most pampering experience, however, it is quick and professional, if that’s what you are after :)
I did not have the named person- director- that was on my booking but a lovely lady called May.
The treatment went well, I was encouraged to get a hair cut, which I declined, and was warn about having a perm on dyed hair. I was given useful tips on how to care for my hair afterwards.
I was told mid way through my treatment that I had paid the wrong amount- it turns out treatment hadn’t told the company they had added a 20% voucher to the price so that was slightly awkward.
