I did not have the named person- director- that was on my booking but a lovely lady called May.
The treatment went well, I was encouraged to get a hair cut, which I declined, and was warn about having a perm on dyed hair. I was given useful tips on how to care for my hair afterwards.
I was told mid way through my treatment that I had paid the wrong amount- it turns out treatment hadn’t told the company they had added a 20% voucher to the price so that was slightly awkward.

Came in for an olaplex treatment and a haircut. They went above and beyond and I left feeling absolutely gorgeous with silky smooth hair! The staff were all very friendly, and the atmosphere and design of the place is brilliant. Highly recommend! May did an amazing job on the cut!
