Pleasant and witty, Franco has the honour of being the only person to successfully give me a lovely short hairstyle in over 20 years (apart from my mother when I was a toddler). He put me at ease and ensured that I communicated what I wanted clearly. He also sent me a follow up text a few days later to check that I was happy with the result. Thanks Franco xx
