As always, Franco is an absolute Gem. The twins ( 5) love seeing his Puppy and Franco is just super patient and engaging while cutting their hair.

Right from the beginning we felt like family, not just another customer. We got to witness Franco being the incredibly gorgeous guy that he is.. there was a wee boy who was so scared of having his hair clipped. He wasnt bullied or pushed in to it at all. Left to be entertained by Franco over a period of about 40 mins on and off while we were there, you got to see a genuinely caring person help out a really unsure little bean.
I dont know who won out after we left, his parents were super lovely though.
My hair looks and feels fantastic. The shampoo/conditioner was so nice and relaxing, coffee was brilliant. The wee doggy was just a dream and Franco cut my hair so nicely. I have booked our little ones in for their cuts this week. I know we will all head off to Australia for Xmas, looking and feeling fab!
