So so so happy with my hair! I've never done anything to it in the past so when I decided I wanted to switch things up, after reading the great reviews, I knew I wanted my hair done by Georgie. Georgie was so great throughout the whole process and really eased me into the change and helped explain what each process would do to my hair. She even went through the after care so thoroughly with me which I'm so thankful for. Everyone was really friendly, Georgie definitely has a new client for life!

The stylist is lovely but the service wasn’t the best. My hair is dark brown close to black but should have been ashy brown. When I raised the issue in the salon after the treatment the stylist told me this is how it’ll be basically and to try something else next time ( why this wasn’t tried in the first place I don’t know). I left the salon covered in hair dye. Two days on and it’s still all over my neck and behind my ears.
