As per usual Giovanni was beyond fantastic! He really takes the time to understand you and your hair, and gives incredibly helpful advice as to what he thinks would be helpful (I.e certain cuts/colour etc). Giovanni’s attention to detail is incredible, I always get so many compliments when I’ve seen him! It feels like a very high end experience, with Giovanni clearly very proud of his work! I wouldn’t go to anyone else.
