I hadn’t had my hair coloured for a while and Giovanni did it perfectly. He recognised my “hair history” instantly and knew how to achieve the look I was after. He is thorough, a perfectionist, and I left with the exact hair I wanted (cut was spot on too) and with hair are tips for how best to maintain - highly recommend!

This was my first time at the Shout House and seeing Giovanni who was friendly and knowledgable. He listened carefully to what I wanted but also had some great ideas of his own to contribute, which made the final result one of my best cuts in recent years.
