I didn't have Ide and so didn't feel super confident going into the appointment and I'm not super happy with the outcome of my hair, largely due to lack of confidence.

Have given a review after my first visit so wasn’t going to bother this time but since my appointment 3 people have randomly said how nice my hair looks. A pleasant boost to my confidence.
