I had an appointment with Natalia but unfortunately the salon was busy and a man, whose name I don’t know, cut my hair. He didn’t understand what I asked him to do and starting cutting. As a result, he cut off much more than he had to, so I have very short hair now. At one point, he asked Natalia for help because he didn’t understand my request (same length throughout, no layers). Overall, very disappointed and won’t be returning. Especially so as I had a good experience at my first visit.

Cut and rough dry. Left the hairdressers feeling much better, with a new summer friendly look. Very costly friendly and professional and friendly staff. Overall a great experience.
