I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment and ended up waiting a whole hour. My stylist was too busy so another member started to wash my hair. It was so rushed, she didn't rub my scalp, nor lather my hair properly. She then applied the "treatment" which was just hair conditioner for 5 minutes. They didn't wrap my hair or put me under the dryer, I just sat in there for 5 minutes then they rinsed my hair. There was so much smoke when she blow dried it because they didn't wash my hair properly.
