I walked in the salon and saw 3 other people waiting for Ide. When I was called, it wasn't her doing my haircut that day, so I thought I'd give the new person the benefit of the doubt. Half an hour later, WORST haircut ever!! I asked for something like a layered haircut and got a mullet instead. Not only was the haircut bad, my hair was treated really roughly (hot water, hot blow dry, really rough cut) I felt so upset and tearful, I said whatever just so I could leave and never come back!
