The haircut I received is a bit shorter than I wanted but altogether looks good, however the colour I left with is upsetting. I asked for a similar blonde to what I already had, just wanted to get rid of the brassiness and have my roots fixed. I ended up receiving chuncky grey higlights and patchy bleaching which now I'll need to get fixed elsewhere.
