Horrendous experience. Left waiting for 45mins before the barber washed my hair. She apologised for her colleagues tardiness. However, she then continued to wash my hair, attempting a scalp massage, which was painful, Then she applied conditioner. She told me she "put a treatment on as I was waiting so long". Then she left me with the conditioner on my head&no wrap or towel for 20mins. I was freezing! Another 20mins of waiting (85mins after my appt) the "hairdresser" butchered my hair. Disaster!
