A bit disappointed in all, not like other hair experiences I have had. Not really a professional environment along with the fact that the hairdressers was happy to use a lot of heat on my hair while using no product to protect it, no product at all was used on my hair apart from shampoo actually. Other than that it was okay just a bit disappointed.
