Asked for a straight blunt cut and found longer bits of hair that were still the original length when I left. Had to cut the longer bits off myself.

Bare minimum cutting, honestly my 5 year old could have done literally the same cut. It was a one dimensional trim. No feathering, no layering, no thought into it what so ever. I even paid for a restyle because my hair is so thick but only asked for a tidy up. She could have used the whole hour instead of the 25 minutes from start of wash to the final blow dry. I felt robbed to be honest. Wont ever go back.
