Nicole was absolutely brilliant! We talked about what I wanted to achieve with my cut and how she'd make it work for me. Throughout the cut, she was chatty, friendly and professional. Described what she was going to do and why. Love the end result, my hair was refreshed and healthy. Amazing and can't wait to come back xx

Nicole was so lovely! I went with the idea of cutting quite a lot of my hair off and Nicole talked it through with me in so much detail and we picked the best style for me. She kept checking with me throughout the appointment to make sure I was still happy with the decisions and kept me updated on what the next steps were. She was really reassuring and I’ll definitely be going back to her again :)
